We will turn our attention inward, connect, spend time in nature, breathe, meditate, move, create, write, share and bear witness to ourselves and to the other women who form our sacred circle.

This is a co-creative, authentic community space which relies on the mystery of Divine Oneness to foster depth and a safe space for personal, inward unfoldment. 

Each time we come together something new emerges based on the community of women who gather. We, as a collective, become the midwives of this experience assisting each woman to open the channel to deeper faith, unconditional love and cultivate an individual relationship with the Divine.

Join SoulRattle for Sacred Sound Healing Immersion in at the Helia Health Studio in Baltimore! In this session, we come together to experience deep, holistic relaxation through sound and vibration. Using alchemical crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, and intentional rest, we tune the body, soul, and spirit to higher frequencies—inviting release of tension and stagnant energy.

This practice supports personal growth, nervous system balance, and spiritual evolution—not only for ourselves, but for the collective.

This practice is for beginners and all levels are welcome at Helia Health located in Baltimore.

I am partnering with Well for the Journey, in Lutherville, to host another Divine Rest Experience, a sacred sabbath of spirit and renewal.

This is an experiential journey designed to connect deeply to your unique experience of the Divine. Through gentle somatic movement, reflection, journaling and powerful rest practices—including a sound journey and guided deep rest meditation—you will have the opportunity to soften, surrender, and open to the Divine within you.

Together, we will take time to explore what ‘Divine’ means to you, inviting curiosity and reflection. Through open-ended inquiry, we’ll delve into the deeply mystical nature of how we define and experience the sacred.
